I was facing some issues with my 5-year-old BMW 3 series and have taken it to Advance Auto after going through the reviews on Google. I have come across excellent reviews about Mr Afzal in Advance Auto. So, when I called up Advance Auto to book my service I specifically asked for Afzal. Afzal has been accommodating and is an expert. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was delighted with their service. He guided me well and explained the problem I had with the car. He regularly sent me updates on the report that was generated. I am delighted with their services and will visit them always going forward. I highly recommend Advance Auto. Kudos to the Advance Auto team. PS: Compared to the BMW service centre, I am much happier with their services and work.

I strongly recommend Advance auto repairing for service / repair works for BMW or any other German cars. I recently gave my car (BMW 420i) for service, replacement of brake pads / brake disks and to look into a few minor issues. I have to specially mention Mr. Afzal who helped me with the whole process. He is proactive, prompt, straight forward and very good to deal with. He clearly explained and demonstrated all the issues with my car and also provided suitable recommendations that suit my budget. Even after the repairs, he explained the details of the work done and showed me all the replaced parts. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and I definitely intend to continue with Advance auto repairing for all future maintenance / repair requirements for my car.

My BMW rear bumper got repaired here, The job was done almost perfect, there was just a small bubble after painting, the team convinced grantee that this small bubble will happen nothing or peel off, otherwise I can come back to fix anytime. I'm given 5 stars because of friendly staffs including even security staff and for their prompt responses and completing the on time. Thanks to Fiza and Rohith who are dealt with my car.

Took my BMW 435i for new brake pads and minor service (Oil & filter change). Was a little hesitant at first but when i spoke with Afzal (lead Serivce advisor) i got a lot more confidence. The prices are reasonable as compared to other non-agency garages and Quality is Good. Leaving this review a few days after getting the car service, and the car feel almost new again. Afzal also helped find aftermarket brake parts that were a fraction of OEM part price. These parts also made in Germany/Europe and are equally good. Thanks Afzal and Advance Auto garage. Will surely come again.
